Returns and refund Policy

Lifeshirt Products, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) thanks you for ordering from Lifeshirt.com
(our “Site”). We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with the purchase of
our products. However, any customer who is not satisfied with their purchase has 30
days after the time of purchase to return the product and receive a refund of the
purchase price. There may be shipping and processing fees applied to your refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product
purchased is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return a product to us, you must first contact our customer service email address at
returns@lifeshirt.com. To be eligible for a return, a product must be in the same
condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please have the receipt or invoice or order number from the original product purchase
available for any returns; purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required to make a
return.

After we have received and inspected returned product(s), we will notify you whether
your return has been accepted or not. If your return is accepted, we will credit your
original payment method with the refund amount (which will not include refunding
shipping or processing costs). Please allow some time for your bank or credit card
provider to process and post your refund. Products sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying the cost of
shipping any returned product(s) to us

If your return is not accepted, we will notify you that your return was not accepted. We
do not accept returns of gift cards or products purchased at a discount on sale. Certain
types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or
plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal
care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous
materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or
concerns about your specific item.

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product you have, and once the
return is accepted, you may simply make a separate purchase for the new item.
